Returns & Replacements

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the point of despatch and any payments you have made will be refunded to you in full within 7 working days.

Should you wish to return any products to us after receipt you should contact us within 2 days of delivery asking for a returns form which you will need to complete stating your reason for returning the product/s.

A full refund will be given once the item has been through our checking process (normally within 7 working days)

A replacement product or credit note will be issued according to your preference after the checking process has been completed.
